These are demo and alternate versions of a few songs that have been released some years later on the records Volume I & Sleep's Holy Mountain (also including a Black Sabbath cover). Maybe it's just a little treat for the die hard collectors of Sleep's stuff but I guess we all could enjoy a little listen to this tunes.
